The Mayor’s countywide workforce development alliance is a diverse group of leaders from the private, public, and education sectors working in unison to train the next generation to be workforce ready. This group strives to make sure students understand and get exposure to 21st century careers. Examples include business internships and apprenticeships for high school students, facility tours for middle- and high-school students, STEM programming and summer camps for all ages, and robotics partnerships to name a few.
Clinton also has robust adult and incumbent worker training programs aligned with Indiana’s Next Level Jobs goals which focus on the high-priority industries and high-demand jobs driving Indiana’s 21st Century economy forward.
