BOGART PARK
Bogart Park is the oldest park in Clinton. The park is located one block away from City Hall and the old passenger rail depot. It is also situated across the street from the new firehouse location. The park houses the Senior Citizens Center. The park is home to Holiday in the Park, every winter, where all of the trees are decorated with lights. The trees were planted by local elementary school students. New electrical service was installed this year for this festival.
COLUMBIA - VETERANS PARK
Columbia Park is the site of the old Columbia Elementary School The school opened in 1907 amd closed in 1950. The park is centrally located, near core neighborhoods and the business district. The park is located one block away from the North 9th Street, “Little Italy Main Street”, and the local VFW post. The park is also located one block south of the Hillcrest Community Center, which is the place where most immigrants entering the community passed through.
Coal Town and Railroad Museum
The Coal Town and Railroad Museum in Clinton, Indiana, showcases the rich history of the region's coal mining industry and its impact on the community. Visitors can explore exhibits that detail the town's mining heritage, featuring artifacts, photographs, and documents highlighting the lives of miners and their families. It offers an immersive experience, providing insights into the industrial past of Clinton and its ties to coal mining and railroad history in the region.
Community Recreation Center
Was home to the Clinton Wildcats form 1936-1977. Community Recreation Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that owns and operates the Old Clinton High School Gymnasium. The CRC Hosts many events including High School Basketball, Youth Leagues, and banquets.
IMMIGRANT SQUARE
Immigrant Square is a square created to represent those who have immigrated to Clinton. In 1971, the statue of a man, was created. Later, a coal fountain was constructed in front of Immigrant Statue. The Bull's head, also called Il Toro, is a drinking fountain created in Italy.
Il Mercato
The Mercato displays furnishings, products and decorations from the past. Some of the products and decorations you’ll find here are old scales, coolers, cash register, heat stove, showcase, shopping carts, coffee grinder, and a Coke box! This is also one of our great food stops. Here you can get the tasty volpi salami, cheese, and cannolis during the festival!
La Piccolla Casa - Little Italian House
Little Italian House also known as La Piccolla Casa is a house that was believed to have been built in 1921. The Ricauda family owned the house from 1923 to 1971. It was then sold to Joseph P. Beno. In 1979, The L.I.F.T. committee purchased the house. Martha Costello's efforts to preserve the house led to it being open to the public in 1979. The house features a garden, Italian immigrant photos, furniture and household products.

RIVERFRONT PARK
Riverfront Park is located directly on the Wabash River, east of the downtown area. The park is a popular gathering place and also is an IDNR public access site to the Wabash River. Riverfront Park and South Water Street is the main location for the Little Italy Festival, which is held each year. This event is one of the regions’ largest festivals and draws visitors from around the country. The land where the LIFT stage is located is leased from the City. The Four Seasons Fountain, a symbol of Clinton, is within the park, but on land not owned by the City.
SPORTLAND PARK
The largest park within the community, Sportland Park is located on the western edge of the City, but in close proximity to the central business district and downtown. The park is open year round and is free to the public.
Several important community events take place in the park, such as the Fall Festival and Clinton Independence Celebration. The local community uses this park heavily. The 3 baseball fields on the north end of the park are owned and operated by Clinton Little League and the 2 softball fields are leased and operated by Clinton Girls Softball.
Wabash River Conservation Area
The Wabash River Conservation Area in Clinton, Indiana, is a beautiful natural sanctuary known for its diverse wildlife, scenic trails, and recreational activities. Spanning over along the Wabash River, this conservation area offers opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, fishing, and hunting. Visitors can explore its wetlands, forests, and riverbanks while encountering various species of birds, mammals, and aquatic life.
Wine Museum
The museum displays numerous authentic wine presses, barrels, crocks and jugs that were used by local residents, and a pair of grape stomping boots worn by a past Re! Did you also know that Immigrant Miners Society once met upstairs and used it as dance hall?
